At Paudhawale, our goal is to deliver healthy, fresh plants and related products to your doorstep in perfect condition. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, handle, and deliver orders to our customers.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 4:00 PM IST will be processed the next business day.
We currently deliver across Pune and selected nearby locations. For out-of-service areas, our team will contact you to arrange alternative delivery options.
While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control such as extreme weather conditions, transportation strikes, or product availability. In such cases, we will inform you promptly.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message with tracking details (if applicable).
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Replacement & Re-shipment Policy.
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. This policy will be updated if we expand to global delivery.
