We understand that sometimes plans change. Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may still be eligible for a refund depending on the circumstances outlined below.
Due to the perishable nature of live plants, orders containing live plants cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched from our facility.
You may request a refund under the following conditions:
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days from the date of approval. Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
